Joining instructions for exhibitors, traders and caterers:

Entrance is via the Victoria Quay side gate, postcode for sat navs is SY1 1RU. Gate will open at 7:00am, no-one admitted after 9:30am (town council restricts movement from thereon). One vehicle only per pitch - the rest must park behind the stage.

Breakdown starts no earlier than 4:30 pm (after the start of the raft race), or earlier in case of poor weather - organisers will advise on the day. Festival closes 5pm, Quarry Park is completely cleared by 6pm.

If you have not yet paid your pitch fee, we will collect cash only as you enter - we will then give you directions to your pitch. No admission without prior pitch fee payment.


Thanks in advance for coming this year... without you the festival doesn't happen. We are all volunteers, and your attendance means that we can pay all the entertainment, security, insurance and other costs.
